The utility area of the house comprises a main
corridor leading from the front garden to the back garden, from which three
rooms can be accessed:
The main utility room (11m2) contains a combined oil fired central heating
boiler providing heating and hot water. The boiler, installed in 2008, is a high efficiency
low temperature boiler containing a dedicated hot water cistern. The room also contains a sink
and connections for a washing machine.
The new tank room contains a 2000 litre plastic oil tank.
The old tank room is currently used for storage of tools.
